Jonathan Boulet is a solo artist straight out of the ‘Hills’ district of Sydney, Australia. I heard this track for the first time yesterday, and I was honestly blown away! I went to High School with Jonathan and whilst he was quite musically talented then, he has definitely evolved to be something quite awesome!

Most of Jonothans’ songs are cheerful folksy indie tracks that bring that unstoppable grinning smile to your face you only get with amazing sounding music. I get hints of Interpol and even some Bright Eyes/Conor OBerst.

The track I will be posting is called ‘A Community Service Announcement’, which is a single off Jonathans self titled album.

I’m sure there is much more great music coming our way from Jonathan, we will be sure to keep you posted.

As you know, here at Circle Square Triangle we are big fans of Sydney electronic duo Ted & Francis. Having just returned from a tour of Australia, Ted & Francis were guests on FBi sunsets with Anna Lunoe and Kato. The result… A 23 minute fruit salad of Ted & Francis originals (beginning at around 7min in).
